• 1 Watermelon, Cut into small 2 inch cubes
  • 1.5 cups Cucumber Cut into small 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chopped into thin slices
  • 12 Mint leaves Fresh, Roughly chopped
  • 12 Basil leaves Fresh, Roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Lime juice Or lemon juice
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, Crumbled
    1. In a large bowl, add watermelon, cucumber, onion, mint, basil, oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, honey and mix until everything is combined properly.

      Sprinkle feta cheese on top and enjoy
