Coles School Fundraiser

Just Farmed is offering a 5 item ($29.50) or 8 item ($39.50) produce variety farm box to raise money for your school. You can choose the week(s) you’d like to order and you can order one or both sizes if desired. If you need to change your delivery options at any time, just resubmit this form, your latest timestamped entry will be counted as your order. Please note any changes you make will need to occur before noon the Friday before delivery. Pick up dates are Thursday, 4/11, Wednesday, 4/24, 5/8, 5/22 & 6/5.
